No 2 cases of multiple sclerosis are alike since the symptoms of multiple sclerosis vary from person to person. One person may have vision problems, while someone else has heat sensitivity and trouble walking. One person with multiple sclerosis may experience symptoms that worsen over time, while another might not have symptoms for years.1 And some symptoms of MS may lead to others (for example, fatigue and spasticity can play a part in sexual dysfunction).2
